By completing this registration, you acknowledge, understand, and agree to the following refund terms:
3-Day Cooling-Off Period
A full refund may be requested within three (3) business days of payment, provided the course or program has not started, no access has been granted, and no materials have been issued or downloaded.
Non-Refundable Registration Fee
A $150 registration and administrative fee will be deducted from all approved refunds.
Course Start Policy
Short Courses (1 hour to 1 week): No refunds will be issued once course access has been granted, materials have been provided, or the scheduled start time has passed.
Long Programs (9 weeks to 12 months): No refunds will be issued once forty percent (40%) of the scheduled program duration has elapsed, substantial participation has occurred, course access has been used, or materials have been provided, whichever occurs first.
Materials Policy
Printed, shipped, opened, downloaded, or digital materials are non-refundable.
A materials value of up to $100 may be deducted from any otherwise eligible refund.
Attendance / Participation Policy
Failure to attend, log in, participate, complete assignments, or complete the course does not qualify for a refund.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Chargebacks / Payment Disputes
By registering, you agree to contact Best Friends for Kidz Training / Train Your Brain first to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.
Persons under the age of 18 should use this Website only with the supervision of an Adult. Payment Information must be provided by or with the permission of an Adult.
These Terms and Conditions also apply to customers procuring Services in the course of business.
