Coach Flowers
Coach Flowers, a passionate advocate for inclusive and effective education. She believes every student can thrive in the right environment and has dedicated her career to fostering positive learning atmospheres that promote exploration and bolster student confidence. We're fortunate to have her expertise today, as she's the founder of two preschool programs and a non-profit, Best Friends for Kidz Training, which specializes in early childhood training and provides low-cost pathways for educators to earn credentials. Additionally, Coach Flowers has been a PD Specialist for the Council for Professional Recognition since 2014, where she mentors and supports candidates in obtaining their Child Development Associate (CDA) credential. Her dedication to inspiring learning at every level is evident in her 14 years of experience as an ESE Teacher and Case Manager and her commitment to teaching adult education courses for aspiring early childhood educators.
